Brief Introduction of KG588 Cotton Comber KG588 is a new generation of high efficiency comber. Its transmission system is designed with a totally new breakthrough concept, adopting electronic digital control technology and servo motor drive technology. It greatly eliminates the unfavorable influence caused by different types/ lengths of cotton processed, variations in temperature and humidity in the production room, and special parts and accessories used. The user-friendly design, with simple structure and setting, leads to overall optimum performance, contributing to maximum customer’ s benefit. Application for patent protection has been done for the machine design. This is indeed a machine made in China that has attained international advanced standard. Main Features of KG588 Cotton Comber User-friendly digital control design, enables easy operation and convenient maintenance. The electronic control system is capable of trouble shooting, self-diagnosis, self protection, and anti-intervention. The mechanical to-and-fro rocking motion is replaced by servo-motor drive. ? By using electronic simulation control technology, original complicated mechanical driving mechanism is eliminated.
